Mario came to view the issue reported and advised how he could rectify it. We arranged a day and time for the work to be carried out and Mario arrived promptly, completing the work quietly (I work from home) and professionally. Mario showed great interest in taking on the work to resolve damp issues in the bathroom. He identified the cause, gave guidance on buying wall panels to replace the tiles, and provided a competitive quote for the work. He also provided suggestions on supplying a fan for the bathroom to assist with potential damp issues.
