Generally very good. A little more communication would have been appreciated, e.g. a reminder text message the day before installation. I’ve also not received any type of warranty and don’t know when or if this will come through. Installers were very good although did place heavy items on my plants which did damage them slightly. Door is a little stiff but hoping this will ease off in a couple of months as advised by the installers.

Having had a few ridiculous OTT quotes, MF plastics were spot on with the price.

Window replacement with extra work to widen opening. The two guys did a good job, but not the tidiest. Had to chase the company for confirmation on when they were coming.

2 lovely blokes turned up in the morning as promised. They were so helpful when they discovered rotten floor boards under the doors. They were so easy to deal with and left everything lovely. The doors look fab. Very pleased.

The job took a little longer due to issues in dismantling the old rotting conservatory but no talk of altering the price. A good professional job was done and it looks amazing. No money was requested until after all the work was completed and we were happy with what was done
