I am visiting my 95yo Gran who's in hospital. I arrived at her home to discover a leak but could not find the source of the leak from the kitchen ceiling. I was concerned that this could be from pipe work under the floor and could be expensive. Mark Forster answered the phone cheerfully and professionally and attended quicker than expected. Find the leak within moments and fixed just as promptly. Professional, efficient and priced reasonably. I will use his services again. 5*

Avoid this man. Unfortunately we experienced lots of problems and Mark refused to fix them. This includes 2 very wonky radiators, a wall hung toilet than falls off the wall, a tap that doesn't work properly, a leaking shower hose and waste pipes not correctly fitted and just propped up on blocks of insulation. All 4 showers leak. Mark refused to fix all of these problems, giving numerous entirely false excuses.

Unfinished - We were really pleased with Mark’s work and payment was made in full for first fix, however Mark had been due to come back to finish piping for shower room radiator the first week in August as part of agreed first fix, however did not return. Despite contacted Mark on a number of occasions and having assurances that he was busy but would return to complete the job, this has not happened. We really need to be able to complete the shower room so it is usable. Please get in touch Mark to complete the job.

Excellent work, very pleased. Mark was great, very helpful, his work was neat and tidy. I found Mark to be knowledgeable and trustworthy and his work was to a very high standard.
