  My locksmith arrived on time with good communication both before and during the job. Even able to extricate a lock from a locked door which broke in 2. Very quick and efficient. And gave good advice on further work.

  I decided to change my long term alarm service company as their prices were getting ridiculous. I used Checkatrade to find a new local company and was impressed with the reviews written about METROSECURE24. From my first phone call to Lawrence I felt happy with my choice. It was easy to communicate with him and easy to arrange a date for the service. They checked everything and replaced the battery. He and Maisie are friendly & cheerful and do a great job. They are thorough and efficient too. I was also happy with their advice and was pleased with the price. I’m a very happy customer.

  I rang metro secure24 and was answered by a really helpful member of staff. They attended my house in just fifty minutes ! Quickly diagnosed the problem and rectified it . The attending two members of staff were most professional - helpful - and friendly.
