We needed our old wooden fascia and soffits, which had been on the house for 30 plus years, replaced with UPVC equivalents. Dan & Tony removed and cleaned the existing guttering, and replaced the cracked and broken brown wooden fittings with UPVC black fascia capping boards and white UPVC soffit boards. All the guttering was refitted and resealed saving money and also it being sent to landfil. All the rubbish was taken away and disposed of. A smart detailing finish was added making our house look modern and ready for another 30 years.

Dan was very good with communication and efficient at quoting, re-checking, offering a choice of materials and finally the fitting of the tiles. Quality of work looks good.

Dan was brilliant. he came over very quickly to give me a quote for a new damp proof course. He managed to schedule me in when I needed and was very communicative. work was carried out and was completed well

Damp proofing work completed quickly with a reassuring 10yr warranty. Bathroom ceiling paint puffed up post-work, but Dan says it's a normal drying reaction with the specialist paint. Bedroom was initially left quite messy - some furniture scratches and paint on curtains. However, Dan was responsive when contacted and returned to clean the bedroom floor and curtains. Overall a mixed experience. Hoping the damp proofing itself proves effective and long-lasting as per the warranty provided.

Dan and his team were very responsive and scheduled the job in quickly to ensure we had a waterproof roof ahead of a period wet weather. They did a high quality job and found solutions to all of the issues we wanted to get fixed. We would happily use Metropolitan Preservation Services again.

Dan is knowledgeable and experienced in treating damp. There has been damp in my property where the older build meets the more recent extension. Dan immediately understood how to resolve it by Injecting a damp proof course into the exterior walls of the older build and the wall joining the new. Was helpful in explaining each stage of the works. Would recommend him highly.
