  replacement of dripping mixer tap

  Mark purchased and replaced the defective mixer taps in my mother's kitchen as requested I had specified I needed a unite that was suitable for an elderly user and he managed to meet our specifications. He arrived within the agreed time slot. He was courteous and friendly as well as respective of our home. He was also very tidy. I would definitely recommend his service. 5 stars 🌟

  I do not know how some of these companies have good reviews. Mark has reach out with an interest in the job. Came to site, looked around and said he will send over a quote. That was mid December and he's been ignoring me ever since and never quoted.

  Leak to boiler pipework

  Easy communication with Mark who turned up at time agreed and fixed leak, very knowledgeable and great to find a plumber who comes to the smaller jobs and fixes it properly for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

  Review of Shower and Replace Garden Tap

  I asked Metro to review shower re “low pressure” warnings; not an easy “this is broke, this will fix it” job. Mark came out on a Saturday (appreciated the weekend visit). However, the shower did not show signs of the initial problems I had with it. This was not an issue for Mark who reviewed the water flow and gave some guidance and advice. We moved onto another job to replace the garden tap. Mark left to buy a tap and returned to fit it that same day, also noting and fixing a leak issue in the pipeline to the tap. Good communications, tidy efficient work and pleasant manner. Will use again.
