  Restoring hot water that was caused by a previous plumber when attempting to replace a heat pump.

  I've now used this plumber twice and both experiences have been excellent — but the first time truly stood out. We had no hot water and a one-year-old at home. The temperature was 0°c outside. I was desperate and didn't know who to call. Elvis came out without any fuss, at that late hour, on Christmas Eve no less, and got everything sorted. What made it even more special was that he clearly empathised with our situation and also did not charge the earth for it. The kindness and consideration shown, not just the skill, is something I won't forget. Meta plumbing will be my go to plumbers now!!

  Elvis was really accommodating and patient. He did a great job removing and re-fitting our radiators and was very considerate. We would recommend Elvis and will be contacting him again for any future work!

  Responsive and effective plumber

  Elvis was quick, professional and helpful. He was responsive on a Sunday when we had an emergency, and spent extra time to make sure the job had been done right. Would happily recommend.
