Charged nearly £1000 to add about 6 metres of pipe from gas meter to a new extension, had to drill through one wall. Instead of testing the existing pipework before beginning, they connected to mains to find there was a leak. Then told they had to leave us with no gas instead of undoing the new connection. Told they couldn’t search for the leak as they had too many jobs on. So wanted another call out charge from us and another day of work. Left feeling like it is all a major money grab from the company. Called to complain, told we would get a call back and have not. Seriously disappointed

Contact was quick and a time and date arranged. Arrived when agreed and works promptly completed.

Tuned up when they said they would, did the job there and then for a reasonable price. What more can you ask for!

The lads who attended were polite, respectful and helpful. They were on time and did a great job.

Response was quick and Engineer came on time and fixed the issue. But the quality of the product they supplied was poor, not satisfied with the way their manager responded.

the guy was very nice and completed the job very quickly. unfortunately it was not installed correctly and I had to call him back next day to finish installation. there were no installation manuals or operation manuals left and I feel the replacement shower is not a particularly expensive model. as such I think the 575 bill was quite expensive.
