From initial visit to investigate the issue of water ingress, to follow up meets to further investigate and cost the works, the whole process was seamless. I was visited by the owner of the company and he was thoroughly professional and explained in detail what the issues were and how he intended to repair along with timescales. Job completed in a timely manner with professional tradesmen. All issues have been resolved and also received two follow ups post works to ensure I was satisfied and there were no further issues.

I am made up with my new roof! Jake replied promptly to my request for a quote, visited and offered advice on the works required, timescales and materials required. The full roof replacement, for main roof, side extension and bay window took 11 days in all. The team were efficient, polite, and appreciated the brews and biscuits. We did have a small problem during a storm, but Jake was on site within 15 minutes to resolve the issue. A positive experience, pleased with the workmanship and would recommend to family and friends.
