High standard of work, no messing about, done efficiently to reduce any disruption, professional and kindly people. Pictures taken, so can see what works were completed. Reasonable prices. From initial visit to investigate the issue of water ingress, to follow up meets to further investigate and cost the works, the whole process was seamless. I was visited by the owner of the company and he was thoroughly professional and explained in detail what the issues were and how he intended to repair along with timescales. Job completed in a timely manner with professional tradesmen. All issues have been resolved and also received two follow ups post works to ensure I was satisfied and there were no further issues.
