The team are really thorough, they have a clear checklist of everything which needs doing which makes sure things don't get missed. Very reliable, never missed a week and when I've needed to ask for flexibility on day of week / time of day this has always been accommodated. The girls cleaned well. Floors were vacuumed and where relevant washed and buffed dry. Surfaces were cleaned properly. Help was given with changing bed linen. Bathroom and wet room and kitchen needed and received special care.Verified reviewerJob location: RH110 Weekly clean
