3 awful and lack of communication

Not a great service. We had merry maids in and they done a deep clean first time breaking a bath seal and rubbing paint away from the wall. The next 3 occasions they were over an hour late all the time with no communication that they would be. Plus we didn’t get the full time they were meant to be on site. Lucious and his colleague carried out a fantastic clean today. a stubborn shower tray stain is had been trying to remove for weeks was dealt with within a matter of minutes.
