Always been highly delighted by the service I have received by Meridian, their knowledge and the work ethic by staff is first class. Having just had replacement locks fitted I cannot praise John and Ryan enough. I ordered 2 security keys for our front door to be delivered, they sent the keys to the wrong address but worse than that they put our correct address inside the envelope with the front door keys meaning the people at the other address would have had access to our house, luckily the driver got no answer at the other address so rang the number on the envelope and got me.Verified reviewerJob location: WA710 Service of alarm system in elderly relative's bungalow

Excellent service provided by the alarm engineer Ryan when he attended my 87 year old Mum's home for the annual alarm service. What a credit he is to your company!! Due to the current covid situation she has had no visitors for a good few days. Happy to chat with her and listened to her attentively whilst she put the world to rights.
