Very prompt contact made by locksmith, who arrived later the same day at the time agreed. He explained very clearly what the options were with regard to remedying the problem (unable to turn key in lock). We agreed on his suggestion (changing the lock) which he carried out quickly and effectively: we now have a product which is better (more user-friendly) than the original, so we’re very pleased with the result.
