Liam responded to my job advert straight away. He came round the same day and although it was tricky and needed parts to be ordered he made the door safe and kept me regularly updated throughout. He is punctual, very polite and tidies up afterwards. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you!

Liam was quick to respond to my initial query and was able to turn everything around and fix our door in a short time frame which we appreciated so we could use it again!

Needed a new multipoint locking mechanism on my composite front door. Liam responded very quickly and came the same day. He was able to pop in a temporary lock, while waiting for the new mechanism to arrive after measuring the door and ordering the parts needed. Came back a few days later once the parts arrived and fitted it beautifully. Went the extra mile and also sorted the door hinges to realigned the door. Fair transparent pricing. Would recommend.

Liam contacted me within 2 minutes of requesting a locksmith. He was able to come and change our locks within 2 hours, which was just what we needed. He communicated clearly and in a timely way both by WhatsApp and phone call. He requested and I sent photos of the locks to be changed so he arrived with the correct locks. He completed the job within an hour. He sent his bank details that same day so we could pay him by bank transfer. He was cheerful, friendly and competent.

Liam looked at the job and came up with creative solutions to retain the existing locks by replacing and improving what was there. He is reliable and did a great job.
