Arranged day to come out contacted to say when on the way identify problem and needed to come back with part which was done the following day at arranged time

Dave answered promptly and immediately came out which was so helpful as door was stuck open. He was very quick to arrive and fix the issue. He also offered better value than previous people who have looked at it. I would definitely call him for any future issues

Dave arrived at specified time , he introduced himself and immediately proceeded with the fitting of the garage door we had ordered , he worked extremely hard and was meticulous in his work to ensure everything was as it should be, he had excellent interpersonal skills and was easy to talk to, we were very impressed with how Dave carried out the work and the door was fitted perfectly, we can not fault Dave’s workmanship, interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition, he was amazing, we would have no hesitation recommending him.

Contacted Mercia after a vehicle reversed into our garage and left it damaged and unsecured. Not only were they the quickest, but they were the most competitive, even with the extra travel compared to a more local to us firm. Mercia were out same day and secured the door so we were at ease. Then came back and carried out a first class repair job. Excellent service from start to finish and would highly recommend.
