Richard was brilliant. He helped advise, source and fit skirting boards throughout my hall and landing. We have an old house where nothing is level but Richard still managed to do a great job. He also built a fixed shelving unit, and tidied up the stairs - all to my specifications. Richard is punctual, polite and professional. I will most certainly be using him for future projects! In the dystopian world of jobsworths, chancers, and ripoff-merchants that is Post-Covid Britain, Richard is an absolute godsend and revelation. He’s not only a great carpenter who does exceptional work at a fair price, he’s also just a cool, interesting, pleasant guy. I’m afraid to write a review saying how good his work is as he’ll get too many clients and I won’t be able to get him anymore, but he deserves a good review. Richard repaired a cabin door that had been torn from the cabin in a violent gust of wind, the hinges had been ripped from the wooden door and it looked unrepairable. In half a day Richard had the door back on the cabin fully secure and saved the cost of a new door. Great job.
