Shaun and his team were life savers! Having been terribly let down by a previous contractor who disappeared halfway through the renovation of our garden and terrace, M&B stepped in and did a fantastic job. The team were polite, well organised, professional and really committed to delivering a high quality product for us and we are thrilled with the result. We will use them again and 100% recommend them.

Every step of the process from contacting Memory and Batho to the work being completed was seamless. Shaun and his team did an amazing job transforming some very tired (and dangerous) garden steps for us into a beautiful new set of steps. He gave us a quote swiftly and managed to slot us in sooner than we were expecting for the work to be completed. Shaun and his team were friendly, polite and hardworking. They tidied the garden up after finishing and he came back to check the work a few days later. I would wholeheartedly recommend Memory and Batho if you need any brickwork or landscape work!

Shaun, Jed and Connor were excellent. They rebuilt retaining walls and added steps and new walls, totally transforming the garden. They were efficient, friendly, adaptable and knowledgeable. Took the time to make sure we got the materials, finish and garden we were after. Could not be happier.

This company not only did a great job but were able to advise us on best approach. We had our garden turfed in the past but it failed to take, due to soil and drainage problems. The advice given was very clear and they carried out the work on time, explaining each step along the way and gave really useful advice on after care. They have since visited us to check all is OK too. We are so pleased with the outcome and lucky to have found such a knowledgable, capable and friendly company. We will certainly be calling on Memory & Batho again for any future work.

We asked three companies to quote to dig out earth behind our house, reset a sleeper wall, install steps, and pave the area, and Memory & Batho stood out for their engagement with the job: they had the best ideas and were confident about delivering them. Their scheduling was good and they worked incredibly hard on site. They also had great attention to detail: lining up sleepers and slabs and delivering a good looking job. They were as tidy as they could be while shifting ten tons of earth and a lot of materials! Very happy to recommend, and thanks again guys.
