  Garage demolition.

  Arman and his team were amazing from start to finish. Initial job was to demolish a garage from the garden. They did such a good job, that I have since awarded them a couple more jobs, and so have my neighbour.

  Outstanding Craftsmanship and Professional Service

  We recently had two gates , a fence and a ramp built by Arman and his team from Melody Ltd and we couldn’t be happier. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, and were professional, polite, and easy to work with. The attention to detail is outstanding—everything looks and functions beautifully. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

  Renovation

  Working with Arman and his team was an absolute pleasure! They renovated my entire house, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From day one, they were so easy to work with always professional, friendly, and really listening to what I wanted. They took care of every detail and made the whole process smooth and stress-free for me. The quality of their work is amazing, and my home looks better than I ever imagined. I’m so grateful for all their hard work and care. I highly recommend Arman and his team to anyone looking to renovate their home , you’ll be in great hands!

  porch extension

  Arman did his work in time and to a high quality level, he showed much care in trying to understand and satisfy our needs and requests and we are happy with the final result. The reason why I am not giving him 5 stars is because one of the cubcontractors he hired didn't do a great job but Arman realised that and changed contractor immediately, thus showing good will and attention to custmer's needs. We will definitely contact him again for further jobs.

  Garden shed roof

  Arman is a true professional, was always available, great communication. Did excellent work to fix our garden shed roof. He is extremely nice man and did wonderful job for us. Even helping us with issues we didn't notice.

  Balcony repair and interior replastering

  When my balcony decking was damaged, it needed to be completely removed and replaced with new boards. This job was completed by Arman in one day and to a high standard. He also completed interior replastering and painting following a previous leak, all done efficiently and paint matched the colour of the wall perfectly. Arman was always punctual, polite and helpful throughout and will be sure to engage him for any future work that needs doing.
