  Staining wooden stairs and balustrade

  Initially very responsive with communication and arrived promptly to carry work out. Told would be 2 day job, worked late into evening(10pm) and finished in one day. Would not leave premises without cash! Once paint and staining had dried, lots of mistakes. Newel post caps that were meant to be stained, were painted white, streaky stain finish, tape marks clearly visible on all wooden steps. Glass balustrade covered in wood stain and paint. Messaged multiple times to come back and finish job properly, countless promises of returning but stopped communicating when the day came to fix issues.

  We take customer satisfaction seriously and want to clarify the facts. Payment was never demanded in cash, as proven by our bank records and invoices. We made multiple attempts to schedule a time to fix any concerns, but the customer kept changing dates.
