  Fitting of laminate and vinyl flooring in kitchen and living room

  Poor communication, late, and poorly skilled! Do not employ! One hour late on the first day with an additional handyman. Throughout the day we would see only one person working on the flooring whilst the other was on his phone. Second day, only Meisam turned up and did not show up at the expected time. Had to contact him several times before saying he would turn up 4 hours later to start. Vinyl tiles were misaligned - it was clear he was rushing to finish with no care about quality of work. Huge laminate waste. Left at 12 midnight keeping us up late to ensure the job was done.

  Work included 18m laminate, 15m vinyl + extra beading, all finished in 2 days as agreed. Delay was due to furniture left in rooms, not us,The type of laminate used also requires precise cutting around wall edges, as is visible in the photos.

  Arranged a time, didn't arrive, said they would come next day, poor communication (none) didn't come. Received a message from check a trade saying job was declined. Total WASTE of my time. Read reviews before hand but now suspect them not to be true (probably not real.).

  I’m sorry for any misunderstanding regarding your request. As I mentioned at the time, I was unable to attend on that day due to distance and scheduling constraints, and we had not confirmed a fixed appointment time.
