  Fred was incredibly professional, efficient, and thorough in explaining everything. It’s clear that he took great pride in his work, and we appreciate how he made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. His expertise and attention to detail really stood out, and it was a pleasure having his work on our system. We feel much more confident knowing that everything is in great hands!

  New boiler installation

  Fred was fantastic from start to finish! He removed our old boiler and installed a new combi one. He was always polite, thorough, reliable, conscientious and timely. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Well done Fred!

  Boiler Repair

  On 29th Dec our Boiler decided to break down first thing in the AM! No heating, no hot water! Our Boiler Cover Co said they can’t fix the problem until 3rd Jan so no heat’g or hot water for 6 days! We contacted Fred at MegaPlumb and told him about our long list of medical conditions. He was v sympathetic and he was at our door first thing the next morning (30th)! He obtained the part and managed to fix the problem (circuit board) within a matter of hrs on the same day to our delight and relief! We are so grateful to him! He was v helpful, friendly, reliable, trustworthy & extremely good at his job !!

  Boiler installation

  I called Fred to check an existing boiler at my elderly mother's house that was cutting out and thanks to a thorough inspection he noticed a dangerous issue with a cracked flue pipe which he clearly showed to my mother. As the boiler was quite old, it made sense to replace it. Fred was able to do the job within 2 days so my mother wasn't left in the cold and he went above and beyond to stay late to finish it. Once installed, he returned a couple of days later to get the system properly up to temperature as it needed balancing. Fred was polite, and very efficient. I would highly recommend him.

  Boiler

  Fred and his team did an A+ excellent job on replacing my boiler system, with a Megaflo system boiler. Fred was always incredibly respectful, very very knowledgable, always ensuring I was comfortable with the work being done. It was a very big job, requiring a lot of new pipework, a water softener installation as well as moving our boiler from the outside of the property to the inside, making it more accessible for us. He did a great job, taking extra care and attention to detail and I would reccomend him to anyone!
