Albert was great, he came to the house measured up everything he needed to, explained to us what he was doing in a way easy to understand and gave us a list of further information needed for the job. He was polite, professional and overall a nice chap. We are waiting for the report, which hopefully when I am able to provide him with further the info required, will come quickly.

Albert visited our property to provide a structural engineering plans for us to remove an internal wall as part of a planned renovation of our bathroom. He did provide the plans and was paid for this work. When our builder came in and started his work, he found the plans produced by Albert to be inaccurate, of poor quality with respect to the details (i.e. screws and joining etc). The builder spoke to a Exeter Council who rejected our application with these plans. We have now had to pay for a new Structural Engineer and had our projected delayed. Avoid Albert at all costs.
