I contacted Denis about two non-urgent radiator leaks and he responded immediately and arranged to visit within two days. He arrived at the agreed time and fixed the leaks, and on request serviced the boiler at the same time. He was hard working and made a thorough job of overhauling our air to water heat pump system. It now works more efficiently. It needed a lot of work as the system had not been installed correctly by the installers.
