Simply amazing, every single person at Medway Windows and Doors work to the highest standard. There is no pressure, they work with you to ensure you get exactly what you want. The install and final finish was amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I recently had new windows and a front door installed. I could not recommend Medway windows and doors enough. The guys that came to do the fitting were lovely, done a great job, were so tidy and left the place as if they hadn’t ever been there. Also the communication through the office was absolutely brilliant, they kept me updated at every stage. I was over the moon with the end result and I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

I’ve recently had bi-fold doors and a bathroom window installed by Medway Windows & Doors. From my initial enquiry through to the installation today, the customer service has been excellent. Installation was done quickly and expertly. I cannot recommend the company enough.

Great experience from beginning to end. Door was measured etc, then ordered, delivered and fit. Everyone was friendly, helpful and reliable and obviously knew what they were doing. Excellent communication throughout. Would definitely recommend the company and would use them again no question. Great range of options to choose from.

We were extremely happy with the service received from Medway Windows and Doors. All appointments made with us were attended on time and everyone who came to the house was polite and friendly. The administration side of things was extremely efficient, with all emails replied to promptly. Kathryn came and measured to do the estimate, then a further survey was done to check exact measurements. When Dan and Harry came to fit the windows, they did an excellent job to a high standard, and also explained the windows’ safety features. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
