Unfortunately he turned up an hour late, he was a very pleasent person and he maintained the boiler and fixed theproblem we had.
I must mention, there was no need for the 7-30am telephone call, reminding us of the afternoon appointment, also after the appointment we had another call which was so fastly spoken, with so much information leaving a helpful review that it was impossible to understand.
