  Medway Alarms have been consistently professional and reliable over the many years we have been using them both at our homes and our business. They are very easy to get hold of and always action any requests very promptly. Highly recommend them.

  From the start Matt was very helpful and professional. His expertise allowed us to put intruder detection devices in the best places to ensure that we and our property are well protected. They arrived promptly on the day the alarm was fitted, worked efficiently and made no mess. The preset alarm options were well explained and easy to use. Would very much recommend.

  He came out at 9.30 pm at very short notice to stop the alarm as I wasn't able to stop it.

  I'm not good with ladders so I called them out to disable the alarm. They were here in 15 mins and job done in 5 mins. Very good response and friendly service.

  Excellent service, very prompt clean tidy and courteous. Put covers on their shoes on entering the house. Completed the job quickly and efficiently. Well pleased !
