You know that when you get a hot tub, there will be times when things go wrong. However, Medi-spa helped to identify and repair a failing Jet-motor. The chap was very helpful, explaining all that had to be investigated and therefore what needed to be replaced. It would appear that was a small leak that he was able to fix with a quick turn of a screw. He found the problem, ordered the new motor via the very efficient staff in the office, and a day or so later came back to install it. Just like clockwork. Jolly well done, Medi-spa!

A job well done. They said they would come next day again with the part as they didn't have it handy and they actually came. They also help me understand the how to operate hot tub and also how to care for it. Overall very satisfied with the job.
