Paul arrived on time, was polite and courteous, took his work boots off before coming into the house. Paul understood exactly what was needed to make the power sockets more accessible for my mum. We have used Mead before and seeing his van in our communal car park made me see if he could pop in to see what was wrong with our Immersion Switch luckily he was able to pop in which was a great service. Paul was very courteous and checked out the issues with a bathroom light and also replaced two faulty sockets and he even took the time to go and get a certain socket we required that he didn’t keep on his van.
