  Brickwork repairs to front of the house.

  Daniel came on the date agreed, on time, set up the scaffolding and commenced the repair brickwork. He took the time he anticipated and completed the work to a high standard, then came back the following day to paint and take away the scaffolding. The work was completed on time and the finish was excellent. Communication throughout the task was great, and he sent photographs of the different stages of the project. He even made amendments to the invoice as requested, to include the 3 parties that had to contribute to the payment. We're very satisfied with the outcome of this work and would recommend this company and the buolder for any kind of repairs and brickwork in the future, excellent workmanship.

  Wall Rebuild

  MDY did a great job helping us rebuild a wall for one of our clients, the attention to detail was fantastic. A big thank you to Daniel for his help in arranging the visit, much appreciated. Overall, highly recommended as MDY provide a brilliant service and at a very reasonable price.

  MDY construction is an excellent builders hard to find today

  I had a front and side wall built by MDY construction recently and am most satisfied with their works. My neighbours also want to have their front done by them as well. I highly recommend them to any one who is looking for a reliable and excellent builders. I highly recommend MDY construction to every one who wants value for their money.

  Repointing

  Needed the front of my house repointed. Andrew was very communicative and Daniel did great work on the day. Turned up exactly as promised and carried out the job as discussed. Excellent quality work. Would highly recommend.
