I can’t thank Martin Dunston Building Contractors enough for the work they did on my house at short notice. I had water damage showing in the corner of my extension that required immediate attention and Martin was very kind to make time in his schedule to fix this. They’re friendly team and great at explaining what needed to be done. I’m very happy with the work completed and can’t recommend Martin Dunston Building Contractors enough.

Martin is an exceptional professional who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail from start to finish. He recently replaced a steel lintel above our bay window, removed unwanted cupboards, and reboarded and plastered multiple rooms. His work is completed to an extremely high standard, and he ensures every aspect is finished perfectly. I would highly recommend Martin for any job!

Always nervous having a builder undertake a large scale project but couldn't be more pleased! When Martin came to quote we instantly felt confident in his ability & knowledge from the way he talked through his ideas. Had three quotes but Martin's was the most detailed & competitive - he came again to talk us through it. Hadn't heard of his business before but very impressed! Martin & James' workmanship was fiest class. Great attention to detail, constant communication, tidy, other trades commented on their neatness! Good eye for finishing touches. Would have them both again without a doubt!!

Put simply, Martin & his team (James & Mark), were absolutely brilliant at rebuilding a 5 meter section of drystone wall, and a retaining wall for a flower bed in our garden. The work was carried out to top professional standard, with substantial new foundation, backfill, drainage & superb finish overall. Their attention to detail was exceptional! First class work, extremely neatly done, by a very friendly team - we are looking forward to getting our patio done by Martin as well! Highly, highly recommended.

Martin did a great job at removing a wall and installing a steel beam. He was very flexible when arranging a time to quote for the work. The job was well planned from start to finish and was keen to give post work advice.
