We have no hesitation in recommending Mark if you are looking to have some work done. He hung new doors for us, but the main work was installing a new utility room and dog shower. Mark was brilliant every step of the way and was great at communicating with us. We are thrilled with the quality of work and how friendly and professional he was while in our home. Nothing was too much trouble. He has great attention to detail and even with the dog shower that was done without a proper plan, it was no trouble for Mark. We have already booked Mark in to come back and carry out further work.

Our renovation included repairs following a catastrophic flood from pipework upstairs. Mark and co were incredibly supportive and professional especially when our insurance company started roving difficult to work with. They not only restored our collapsed and water damaged ceilings downstairs, they executed our vision for panelling and decorating perfectly. A few months on and we are pleased with our refreshed home. We look forward to working with them again in the future. I’m recommending to all my neighbours.

MD property maintenance have refurbished our kitchen, replaced all radiators and internal doors, plastered all our ceilings and decorated the house throughout.
