Mike,Nick &, his team from start to finish were, friendly, and reliable. The estimate for the work was excellent. From the moment the scaffolding was erected to the finish of the job there was no fuss . The workmanship was outstanding. Over all 10/10. Would certainly recommend them.

Mike and Nick sorted out a big problem with blocked drains by finding the best way to install new underground drainage. They also sorted out damaged rendering on an outside wall. I have used this firm many times, including carrying out a lot of work at my brother-in-kaw's house - outside rendering, dancing, roof work. They are very reliable and are very supportive of and respectful to their customers.

I have used Mike and Nick in the past and was completely satisfied and knew that I could trust them and that the jobs would be completed satisfactorily. I had an issue with some of my bungalow doors and Nick understood exactly what the issue was and sort it out quickly and efficiently. I also asked Nick to replace an outside light for me and again he sourced that quickly and fitted it. I would thoroughly recommend M D Powell for any building works you need.

Mike and Nick have been excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them. The project looks great and they were always flexible with little changes along the process. The contractors they used for some elements of the job also completed the work to an excellent standard. I would definitely use them again for any future projects.
