Prior to the job, we had excellent communication from Mike. John arrived on the day and was also very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the steps he needed to take on our pipes, offered helpful advice and answered all the questions I had in a thoughtful manner and he left the room clear and tidy afterwards. I also had a concern about a hole behind the dishwasher which he helped look into while he was there. Even after the job, Mike’s communication was great and we will definitely look to use the company again for other jobs. Thank you again Mike & John!

Very prompt professional service. Courteous, friendly and efficient service. They troubleshooted and quickly located leak They give very good advice and quickly rectified problem. Very tidy and considerate of work site with minimum of disruption. Would recommend, as capable to find leaks, and making good any access such as plasterwork after completion.

Mike and John arrived today on time . Super efficient. Provided practical advice pre job and post job. Left rooms clean and tidy Had an emergency during the installation however the situation was addressed very promptly . Very knowledgable. Super efficient service from beginning to end . I have been a loyal customer of Mike’s for 3 years now and wouldn’t look anywhere else for any plumbing needs. I recently had a boiler service which was completed with aplomb. Mike’s cheery attitude and demeanour are always welcome. Highly recommend.

Mike came to service my central heating boiler this morning, which he fitted at the end of April 2025. As usual he arrived when he said he would and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working well before he left. He’s always cheerful and always answers his phone when you contact him!
