With regards to this review, I did indeed agree to attend this job to give a price on the monday however my work that day ran over and I was unable to attend as planned, I apologised to the customer and offered Thursday as an alternative, the customer did not respond to my message so the following day I booked other jobs in for the rest of the week, on the Thursday even I received a blunt message from the customer stating I had not attended 'again' I reminded them that nothing had been booked for the Thursday and that I was now busy the remainder of that week, given that there was only one day left, the customer responded that this was ok and then went ahead and published the misleading review.
