I contacted Mike after discovering mice activity in my house , and he responded quickly, attending the property at short notice. He was extremely flexible, polite, respectful, and thorough throughout the entire treatment. From the very first visit, Mike carried out a detailed inspection of the whole house, offering clear advice on areas that needed attention. His knowledge is outstanding — he used a variety of baits and techniques, making sure every possibility was covered. After a four-week course of treatment, my property has now been confirmed pest-free. Mike’s advice has been excellent.

We had just moved into our property which had been empty for nearly 1 year, when we entered the loft we noticed some rat droppings. It was only a small amount but we didnt want a small problem to turn into a big issue. Mike was very accomodating he was very reasonably priced and was open and honest about the job he would complete and time scales based on how big of a problem we may of had. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Luckily by the end of his 3rd visit he was happy to confirm we did not have any active infestation which was a huge relief.
