From the time Martina came to quote for the job through to completion we were delighted. Martina listened to what we wanted and then suggested the optimum ways to proceed. Prior to the start date and throughout the process communications were excellent. The team were hard working and knowledgeable always respectful of our property. The work was completed yesterday, significantly other than our newly paved area there is no other evidence that anybody had been working here. They took care accessing the area ensuring the lawn was protected. We recommend Martina & MDK FACILITIES unreservedly . .

Martina and team sorted our garden renovation and from initial quote to completion were brilliant to deal with. She understood the requirement and provided a good value quote compared to others - didn't push any extra work at all and worked with us as we finalised our designs with useful recommendations and ideas. Craig and team arrived on time every day and got the work done much more efficiently than originally expected. They were neat and tidy and communicated well with us. Would highly recommend.

I hired Martina and team for construction of composite decking and for landscaping advice. Martina saw the vision I had for my garden and designed a decking design that met all our needs. She offered knowledgeable and original suggestions for plants and tree options, which elevated the overall garden design beyond my expectations. The sloped garden offered a challenge but Duncan and Zack worked efficiently with great attention to detail. Overall the project was completed within the agreed timescale and for a very competitive price. Would recommend this company to all!
