  Worth their weight in gold.

  Dave & team completed our single-storey rear extension, remodelled our patio, and installed a garden path for us across several months in 2024/25. The end result is fantastic and even better than we had imagined. This was our first major building project, so having a team we knew we could rely on was essential for us. The quality of the build and craftsmanship seen from these guys has really given us an appreciation of what good tradesmen look like. Dave was always available to answer our questions and came to site regularly to check on progress. 12/10 can't recommend enough!

  We have used Dave and his team numerous times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. All jobs have been completed to a very high standard and I can honestly say nothing is too much trouble for them. As a result we continue to recommend them to family and friends, who have all been equally thrilled with the outcome.

  Two storey side extension

  The project was a two storey side extension including new bedroom with en-suite and downstairs dining room and bathroom. The quality of the Work that David and his team undertook was brilliant. This started with advice David would give about each stage of the project and how to get utility meters moved for example. The builders were very conscientious about the neighbours and abiding with start times. The quality of the work in all aspects from roofing to plastering was great. We are still receiving compliments about how good it looks. I would definitely recommend them!

  Fantastic job done by Dave and his team. I have recommended them to a number of friends now and I only have good words to describe the job they did with our extension. Any small problems were immediately rectified. The final cost was very close to the original budget despite a number of alterations along the way.

  New kitchen / utility and other renovations to room

  We've had the MDJ team at our house over the past few weeks to transform the open plan living room / kitchen / dining room, plus separate utility. This included removing the existing flat ceiling in the single-storey extension and fitting a vaulted ceiling, replacing the two existing Velux windows and adding a third. The old window and French windows were replaced with bifolds, with a new door step to suit. Three radiators were removed and replaced with electric underfloor heating, finished with Karndean glue-down LVT flooring. New lighting was fitted, sockets moved and they installed our new

  Garage conversion

  MDJ have recently completed our garage conversion. Their team were very friendly and professional and carried out all the necessary work to a very high standard. We’re delighted with the finished room and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
