  Creation of new room for a new kitchen

  Partition walls to be completed in order to create a new room. This was completed and a new kitchen, including electrics all completed. All completed within budget, within time scale and to a high standard

  Excellent service from start to finish. Complete renovation, kept me in the loop and did an excellent job of everything. Was a wide range of work to complete and I added additional things as time went on, managed to do everything to a high standard and within the agreed timescale - would highly recommend

  House Refurbish

  Started off great communication and professional manner but that changed. Quote didn't include details after multiple asks. During the work, was great and can't fault him. The day he finished, it changed. Awful communication and even worse afterwards. Our tenant moved in and found multiple problems throughout which should have been picked up by Mark and his team but weren't. Asked to return to take a look but only received 1 word answers and refused to go back. This has now cost us another £1k on top of what he charged. Also added on a few extras which weren't agreed. Wouldn't recommend

  The quote included everything that was agreed with the owner. A full breakdown was emailed which we have evidence of. We were in constant contact with the owner at all times , emails to prove and text. The client asked us to go and see his tenant with regards to bath not working wish we explained wasn’t wired up to work the jacuzzi. Explained the roof tiles were replaced and given photo evidence. The customer was informed at all times of any issues with his property. The customer had all information and was emailed or text at all times. All emails and texts can be viewed. Thank you. I have all emails and messages to the owner. We have never had any negative reviews. We have never even met this customer at all. So how can they leave us feedback like that if they Weren’t there.

  Whole house renovation

  I contacted Mark, who visited promptly. He listened to our requirements and made several good suggestions himself. We were kept informed throughout. We found Mark and those who work with him reliable, pleasant, conscientious and above all trustworthy. We have recommended Mark to several people. Mark and everyone soon became more than tradespeople.

  Landing ceiling came in

  We found MD interiors linings through check a trade . Mark came out within a few hrs to assess the damage , managed to fit us in around his other work , within 3 days a new part ceiling put up and plastered. Highly recommended 👍 Thanks John - Pamela
