  Professional, quick and easy!

  We needed a structural engineer to see if one of our walls were load baring. Mazin was very quick to respond and come over, knowing we needed it done urgently. The report also came back very quickly, was clear and concise. MD Engineering did exactly what was needed in a professional manner with good communication and I would recommend.

  Mazin was totally professional and very forthright in his decision making when in talks with the builder. He presented extremely concise drawings. He is also very friendly and was always happy to attend site if there were any questions that needed answering. There’s no doubt which structural engineer I’d be calling if I ever had the need again…totally reassuring.

  Investigating whether a kitchen larder could have its walls knocked down to create space.

  Maz was very diligent and courteous in his approach to his investigations. He was patient and methodical in his approach to create several potential solutions to ensure there was proper structural support for the landing above the larder once the walls were knocked down. Despite several barriers presented by the property itself, he was able to come up with a conservative and minimally invasive plan for the building works. This ensured both the kitchen and upstairs landing did not have too much unnecessary structural alteration which would have ballooned renovation costs. For this I am grateful

  Efficient and easy to work with

  Maz from MD Engineering Consultancy designed a single-storey extension for my property, and we were very happy with the service. He was accommodating when we needed changes to the plan drawings and handled all revisions promptly. Throughout the project, Maz remained available to answer questions from the builders and building control until the final certificate was issued. MD Engineering Consultancy were efficient, effective, and reliable. We would recommend their services and would be happy to work with them again.

  Structural drawings for wrap around kitchen exension

  We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Maz. From the start, he was incredibly professional, approachable, and easy to work with. Maz offered excellent value for money – his work was thorough and detailed, yet very competitively priced. What really stood out, though, was his patience and understanding. Our project faced frustrating delays due to planning permission issues with the council, but Maz never made us feel rushed or pressured.
