MDC undertook a time sensitive project over the Christmas and a New Year, which required the team to repaint a large nursery. They were prepared to be flexible and work around the nursery team in order to complete the works. This was very appealing as the works had to be completed before we reopened for the new term. Mark and his team were professional courteous and efficient and finished in line with requirements. The standard of work was fantastic and as such I am pleased to provide positive feedback as once a time schedule was agreed it was strictly followed.

Showed up on time, got straight to it, and worked solidly the whole way through. Super friendly and easy to have around, which makes a big difference when someone’s working in your space. The finish is seriously good — smooth, even, and exactly what I was after. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He also made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left, which I really appreciated. No drama, no fuss, just a proper decent job from start to finish. If anyone’s looking for someone reliable who actually knows what they’re doing, I’d definitely recommend him. I’ll be using him again

Mark and Sean plastered and painted my 3 bed house and did a fantastic job taking a lot of care to get the job done correctly. They did a great job and know their trade well. Would strongly recommend!

Mark and Shawn did plastering of kitchen,lounge and utility room. Arrived promptly and work was to a good standard. They worked quickly and made sure the plastering work was done before set date during other building works which was appreciated. I would highly recommend.

The work they did was incredible, with amazing attention to detail in both the plastering and the decorating. Mark and teammate were incredibly accommodating, helping us clear the work areas, going the extra mile to meticulously cover items, and leaving the place absolutely spotless afterwards.
