  Excellent quality fitting of LVT flooring

  Mike did a brilliant job fitting two rooms with luxury vinyl tiles. He spoke to us about all the options and is very knowledgeable. He kept us informed at every stage of the job and takes pride in his work which was finished to a high standard.

  Having just bought a new place for renovation, I had many flooring company’s round for advise and quotes re squeaky floors, minor damp issues, and recommendations for the best hard floorings to have, out of six company’s only 2 came back, mdc gave the best advise which was fixing the worst squeaks upstairs and going for an engineered wood flooring laid as a floating floor rather than a stick down flooring, On the ground floor using a liquid damp proof membrane over a few areas of exposed brickwork where walls have been removed, then preparing the sub floor for a LVT flooring

  Fitted a new carpet in the main bedroom.

  Squeaky Chipboard Floorboards

  Mike arrived promptly, lifted our landing carpet and underlay and explained the options available. After carrying out the repairs we wanted, he expertly re-laid the underlay and carpet and left the area clean and tidy. Mike takes a methodical approach to floorboard repairs, taking extreme care not to drill into any pipes or cables. Although it is difficult to completely eliminate all noise without a full replacement floor, we are pleased with the work Mike did to significantly reduce the noise from our landing flooring and we would use him again for other rooms in the house.

  MDC Flooring offers a professional and experienced service at a reasonable price. Great advice was given on how to pick a carpet allowing me to select the best for my needs without breaking the bank. Great advice was given throughout on how to ensure the installation was a success, and when circumstances required a change of installation date they were glad to accommodate. I would recommend MDC Flooring to anyone as a first choice for both providing and fitting any carpet.
