  Mark and team were brilliant. Great communication, a high quality and friendly team of tradespeople who all worked to Mark's high standards. Very calm when issues crop up and lots of useful advice and guidance where needed. Mark also had great relationships and a solid understanding of building control which is crucial for these projects. Mark was very good at communicating throughout our project and we always felt confident on the progress. His team were respectful of our property. We would highly recommend Mark and his team if you are considering an extension project.

  Major overhaul of small front garden

  I’ve known and used Mark for nearly 10 years and he’s updated and transformed every part of my house both internally and externally to an incredibly high standard . The most recent work was transforming my small front garden from a damp unusable square of turf to a smart artificial lawn with very attractive paved border and converting a narrow rather plain front path to a smart usable paved area. What you get with Mark and all associated with him is top quality service using top quality products and everything installed and fitted meeting all the rules and regulations meticulously.   Convert conservatory to single storey extension and full kitchen refit

  Mark and crew are one of the few builders that i’ve had an extremely positive experience with. Knowledgeable, communicative, highly skilled and a knack of making you feel at ease. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Will definitely use them for my next project

  Extension and extended hallway with cloakroom

  Exceptional Service and Outstanding Results. We had the pleasure of working with Mark and his team from MD Carpentry who fitted an extension and extended our hallway with a downstairs cloakroom. We have used them before and Mark fitted us then a bespoke door surround to our specifications along with a gate and fencing. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Mark was always prompt returning my calls and emails. We were impressed also with their excellent time keeping and nothing is too much trouble attitude. Mark has a wealth of experience in all areas of building works. Highly recommend.

  Single storey rear extension to a terraced house

  Carried out the works neatly and efficiently. Facilitated the family staying in the house during the works. Positive response to dealing with issues arising. Formed a good relationship with the LA Building Inspector. Provided affordable samples of materials when not specified or provided by the client. Started on time and finished on time. Sub Contractors all skilled operatives. Kitchen fitted within tight constraint and all appliances left working well. Installed new boiler to existing system and provided instruction and guarantees.
