Absolutely brilliant service from Max at MCW Plumbing and Heating from start to finish. Max serviced our boiler and I couldn’t be happier with the work. He was professional, reliable, friendly and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Everything was explained properly, the service was carried out to a really high standard, and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards. We’ve been having our extension built slowly over the last year and, after being let down by our original plumbers, finding Max and his reliable team has been a breath of fresh air. We honestly wouldn’t use anyone else now. They’re tidy, clean and professional, with a really high standard of workmanship. They also arrived with all the correct equipment for the job and were able to pick up exactly where the previous company left off, helping us get our home across the line. We were away and had a bad leak in the kitchen. Max communicated really quickly, Evan found and fixed the issue, got the parts and set up a dehumidifier. Super helpful videos of everything throughout. Really helpful and professional guys, so impressed!

Max attended personally and worked tirelessly to locate an internal leak within the kitchen area. Access was very awkward however, he very nearly cut multiple access hatches into the kitchen cupboards ensuring that access to the pipework could be gained in the future. Would have no hesitation in recommending and using Max and his team again in the future.

Max is incredibly responsive and reliable. He did a lot of work on our home whilst we did a big renovation and still supports us with little jobs that pop up years later
