Job location: BR1We needed a fire risk assessment done for our block of flats and Maddie from MCT went the extra mile to explain how a fire risk assessment worked. She took us through the communal areas highlighting any issues with a clear explanation as to why they were. She then went out of her way to get the assessment to us on the Sunday evening to support one of the flat sales. She answered all our follow on questions in a clear manner. My name is Madeleine, and I have worked in the Fire Prevention and Protection industry for 17 years, with 14 of those years spent working for a Fire and Rescue Service as a Fire Safety Inspector/Manager.
My role within my own business, MCT Fire Safety Consultancy, I specialise in comprehensive fire risk assessments for various types of properties - e.g., commercial buildings, residential blocks, or industrial sites within Surrey and South-East England.
I’m a highly qualified and experienced assessor who can ensure full compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and provide clear, actionable reports to help you stay safe and compliant. I hold a Member Grade with the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and on their Tier 2 Competent Fire Risk Assessors Register (CFRAR) – with specialisms in Licensed Premises (including listed buildings).
