very poor result charged to much for 50 mins work

Ryan replied to my enquiry about the repointing straight away, followed by a visit to the house and almost immediately a full quote by email. His quote was very good in comparison to some I had been given. The work started when I was ready and was completed in good time. Ryan and his team were super professional at all times and a really love bunch of guys. I am very pleased with their work and have recommended them. Thanks guys!

I got a written quote for the work after they came and took a look at my house. They also provided an estimated timescale to undertake the job. I was kept informed at all times. The guys were great, explained everything and cleaned up after too.

Ryan and James were punctual, told us about the work to be carried out. After the work was completed they cleaned everywhere and I was happy with the work.
