  towel rail installation

  Chris kept me updated when he had a burst tyre and couldn’t make the original time, but he still made the effort to come over on Saturday to get the towel rail and pipework sorted. Really tidy job, good communication, and a nice clean finish. Would happily use him again

  Missed Appointment – Contractor No-Show

  I wanted to flag that a job I booked on behalf of one of my customers was unfortunately not attended by the contractor, and no communication was provided despite attempts to reach out. This reflected poorly on our service, especially as the appointment had been arranged directly with the customer.

  Repairs around the house

  Mikey came to our house to replace our skirting board in the en suite bathroom which was damaged due to the shower tray leaking. He also fitted some skirting board in the bathroom spare bedroom. Mikey communicated clearly with us throughout, he was on time and completed the work to a high standard. I would recommend and would definitely use him again in the future.

  Mikey made contact with me via text after I posted our job. He was able to come the following week. He was punctual and reliable. The work was carried out to a high standard and finished quickly. He left our house tidy following his work too. I’d definitely recommend him and use him again in future.
