Mark was very good at communicating with me before the arranged job, so he came prepared with all the bits and pieces he needed. Arrived promptly at the arranged time. He did a thorough job, and was even kind enough to label the valves so I know what they isolate. He left no mess, and his fee was amazingly reasonable. Really friendly and professional bloke. Would defo recommend.... Will certainly be calling him with future work.

Mark was friendly and efficient. He explained exactly what he was doing and, as well as fitting the tap, added some isolating valves. He also dealt with the very stiff stop-tap for the main hot water supply. Great service. I would certainly recommend him.
