I contacted Matt due to being let down by original plumber. From start to finish Matt communicated extremely well and was always on time. His pricing was clear and honest. Matt did have issues with a leaking rad which he fitted which he persevered with until the leak was sorted plus a few minor issues with the kitchen alterations. I did feel that Matt was a little ‘hurried’ in his approach and could do with taking a step back. That said he was extremely pleasant and of good nature and rectified the minor issues that we had. Always clearly explaining what he had done

Matt was generous with his time, polite and courteous, quoted a price and then did more work as more issues arose, without then adding to his fee: Highly Recommended! 👏👏👏👏👏

Came out very quickly and it was not the nicest of jobs but he was very helpful, friendly and got the leak sorted from the toilet. Also quoted for new bathroom whilst he was there and gave all information needed. Would highly recommend.

Terrible workmanship and refused to take liability for faults and issues that they had caused. I had to pay for emergency callouts and professionals to fix all the issues caused. Avoid at all costs.
