Matt was very personable and honest. He communicated well, was reliable and offered a great service. He was transparent about the process and prices, helping us to source materials. He was exceptionally clean and tidy during the work and did an excellent job all round. Would highly recommend and will be contacting him for any future plumbing needs.

I contacted Matt due to being let down by original plumber. From start to finish Matt communicated extremely well and was always on time. His pricing was clear and honest. Matt did have issues with a leaking rad which he fitted which he persevered with until the leak was sorted plus a few minor issues with the kitchen alterations. I did feel that Matt was a little ‘hurried’ in his approach and could do with taking a step back. That said he was extremely pleasant and of good nature and rectified the minor issues that we had. Always clearly explaining what he had done

Came out very quickly and it was not the nicest of jobs but he was very helpful, friendly and got the leak sorted from the toilet. Also quoted for new bathroom whilst he was there and gave all information needed. Would highly recommend.
