6.5 Leaking roof

Hired Jamie to repair a leaking roof in February 24. After several attempts it still leaks (Aug 24)! I've now sold my flat but can't move out due to the leak in livingroom ceiling. I've called & was told he would call me directly but 2 weeks later, nothing. I'm 65 and can't afford another roofer so been up on roof trying to find fault & repair it myself. The process was surprisingly short. A very reasnable quote for the roof replacement. All the way through the work we have been keept up to date regarding next steps.
