  Boxing in new window

  Mark done an exceptional job in boxing in and finishing a new window that we’d had installed by another tradesman. His messages were courteous & polite, & he visited to assess and price up the job before giving me a very reasonable quote. Mark then returned at a date that fit around my schedule to carry out the work. He worked quickly and tidily, explaining clearly what he would do. When the job was done, I could see that he’d worked to a very high standard and I was very pleased with the results. He cleaned and hoovered all sawdust etc & left no mess. Would recommend Mark and use him again

  Refurbishment of flat

  Excellent workmanship from Mark . Been a landlord myself . I have had a lot of work done in my properties from Mark. He gives very honest and valuable advice to his clients on how best to a job. His finishing of the work is very professional and to a high standard.

  Fitting a tumble drier in kitchen

  Laying Laminate flooring on floors and stairs

  Mark put down laminate flooring in our bedroom , hall landing and stairs (a tricky job!). He was able to solve how to remove old facing on the stairway and how to attach the new laminate with a very professional finish. He worked very hard and was very courteous and friendly. The job was completed to a very high standard and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

  Removal of existing wooden cladding and replacement of same with Upvc cladding.

  This work required the use of scaffolding, being some four metres of the ground. The work was carried out quickly with care and in required some careful navigation around plants. Mr MacClean took great care to finish the detail work very carefully with the application of silicone sealer in a most professional manner. In conclusion, I have no hesitation in recommending him, and would request his help in any future work I might require to be done Ian MacPherson 11th October 2023.

  Mark installed a wall in our living room for our tv to be mounted on. He not only completed this to an excellent standard but helped to install the tv wires through our cupboard to ensure that all the wires were hidden from view. Great tradesman and would highly recommend him.
