  Kitchen Modification, Under-Stairs Storage, and Wardrobe Adjustment

  Sean and his team were punctual, professional, and delivered top-quality work right on schedule. They built a stud wall to close off our open-plan kitchen and mounted cabinets to it—solid, clean work. They also created smart under-stairs storage and even managed to reposition a wardrobe I thought couldn’t be moved—flawless execution. The pricing was fair and within expectations. Neat, reliable, and skilled—I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

  Kitchen refurbishment

  Sean was a pleasure to work with throughout the job. He sanded and retreated worktops, built a new cupboard unit with pull out drawers, painted and refurbed all the doors and replaced a sink. Excellent attention to detail and invested extra time to get the perfect finish whilst keeping to a very reasonable budget. Can’t recommend highly enough.

  Carpentry to build a window seat

  Sean was excellent on all fronts, skilled, friendly, tidy etc. We had an ideas of what we wanted, showed some pics from the internet and discussed with Sean. Sean provide some great suggestions on options and finish which he executed brilliantly. We are very happy.

  Sean did an excellent job- the ceiling looks amazing and he is a lovely person to have in your home - we even gave him the key for the weekend while we were away. Would totally recommend him to all my friends.

  Full house refurbishment

  Very very very good builder and team. Have since recommended Sean to many friends and family requiring work. We interviewed a number of builders and we are so glad we went with Sean in the end. He actually cares about his work, great finish, deals with customer changes well, reasonable pricing and an overall honest guy. Finished the job through to the end even when there were setbacks out of our control (planning). Have since asked Sean to complete more work for us and will continue to do so.
