I’ve done an entire house renovation and Paul has been the best of all the tradesmen I’ve used. When hiring people to do work you want a few things… good quality of work, trustworthiness, attention to detail and reliability. Paul & Gary have all of these things in abundance and on top of that, they’re friendly, courteous and very tidy… which is hard to find. They went above and beyond throughout my project. I’d recommend Paul in a heartbeat.

Never showed up - the Friday before the job started he said he had to delay a few days and then four days later cancelled altogether. Wouldn’t pick up the phone at all when called during the week and sent 5 emails which got ignored. Incredibly frustrating experience as had trades people lined up for the week after this job which have now all had to be put back.

Upon contacting Paul he attended site and quoted for the job - ceiling being part lath/plaster/plasterboard required replacing with plasterboard/skimming. He placed a temporary prop to hold up the ceiling as it was fit to drop. A date was set and he and his team attended on site on time and completed the job in a day. Neat work, tidied as they progressed.

Paul came recommended to me. He repaired and re plastered my bathroom ceiling following water damage from a leak in the flat above. Both him and his colleague were extremely polite, on time, very tidy and completed the job to a great standard!
